16cm Filleting Knife
This knife has a flexible, slim 16 cm blade and is perfect when slicing thin pieces of most types of meat. Chicken or duck for instance, or spare ribs. Can also be used to take the skin of your favourite fish, and then cut into fillets.  The blade is thick enough to handle these types of tasks. Please take note that you cannot cut through bone with this knife.

Delivery

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch orders on the same day for orders received before 12pm otherwise they are dispatched the following day. However during busy times this may be extended. Orders are only dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday. No deliveries or orders will be dispatched on Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year. An email will be sent to the email address provided with confirmation that your order has been shipped and will provide you with a tracking reference.

Black Micarta Handle

Handle made of Black Micarta with a wood grain effect. The blade goes through the handle (full tang) which is held down by stainless steel rivets resulting in a more robust knife.

AUS6 Stainless Steel Blade

Tamahagane San Sakura knives made from a single layer of AUS6 Stainless steel with a hardness rating of around 58HRC. The blades are finished by hand inside the Kataoka factory
